On Thursday, February 2nd 2017, CEO of ANDesign Lab, Andrew Namminga was invited to be the opening speaker for the Duncan Anderson Design Speaker Series at California State University.
His lecture was on the current state of Design Entrepreneurship.
“Manufacturing Your Design Career” highlighted the design journey of the notable ANDesign Principal Industrial Designer. The panel was held at the Anderson Design Gallery in front of a group of Industrial Design professionals, students and department staff.

What were some of the hardest obstacles you had to overcome?
“I’m kind of nervous here. So bear with me…some of this stuff is boring…but it’s important. Like business model differentiation. Do you know the difference between a DBA, an LLC or a Co. ?! I didn’t either. “
